"When I first chose to study Architecture I looked at the structure of a leaf. I found its strength lay not in its rigidity but more in its flexibility. The recreation and emulation of this capability is best achieved with elastomers, foams and composites."

Elastomers are rubbery, yet when combined with foams can exhibit unusual properties. Urethanes and Poly-Ureas have a wide range of structural characteristics inherent to their chemistry and when molded over a foam core. Urethane foam can be formulated in a great variety of densities and flexibilities.

We work with chemists to explore the chemistry that makes these unique properties possible and develop the equipment, molding systems and processes to produce a wide array of possible structures and components.
